What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a healthcare model where patients pay a monthly membership fee to receive enhanced access and personalized care from their physician. This model allows for more focused, fewer patients, proactive care, including same-day appointments, longer visit times, services not covered by insurance, better patient experience, 24/7 physician access for urgent needs only, and more personalized management of your health.
What is the value?
In today’s healthcare system, patients often face long wait times, rushed appointments, and difficulty getting the personalized attention they deserve. Concierge care changes that. Concierge care is about building a real relationship with your doctor, prioritizing your health, and ensuring you get the high-quality, compassionate care you and your loved ones need when it matters most.
Is the membership fee covered by insurance?
No, the concierge membership fee is not covered by insurance. The membership fee covers enhanced services such as same-day appointments, extended office visits, and 24/7 access to your physician. However, clinical services such as lab tests, hospitalizations, and specialist visits will still be billed separately through your insurance provider, as they were under traditional primary care.
Patients are still responsible for their copays.
For separately billed services we will ONLY accept Medicare and PPO plans.
We do not accept HMO. For details on specific plans please give us a call.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $250 dollars per month. Spouse/partner and immediate family members may be eligible to receive a 15% discount (maximum of 4 members per household). Payment made on an annual basis will receive a 5% discount.

Signing up is simple! Just contact our office by phone email, or THIS enrollment form to discuss the program and select the payment option that best suits your needs. Our team will guide you through the enrollment process and answer any questions you have about the membership.
