What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is a personalized approach to primary care that gives patients more time, access, and attention from their physician. Instead of managing a very large patient panel, your doctor cares for a smaller group of patients, which allows for deeper relationships and more proactive care.

Through a monthly membership, patients receive enhanced access such as same or next-day appointments for urgent needs, longer visits, direct physician communication when it matters most, and services that are often not possible in a traditional primary care setting. The focus shifts from rushed, reactive care to thoughtful, ongoing management of your health.

What is the value?

 

In traditional healthcare, many patients feel unheard or rushed. Appointments are short, schedules are full, and it can be difficult to reach your doctor when questions or concerns come up.

Concierge care is about restoring the doctor-patient relationship. It allows time for real conversations, thoughtful decision-making, and preventive care that supports long-term wellness. Patients often value the peace of mind that comes from knowing their physician is accessible, attentive, and genuinely invested in their health and quality of life.

Is the membership fee covered by insurance?

 

No, the concierge membership fee is not covered by insurance. The membership fee covers enhanced services such as same-day appointments, extended office visits, and 24/7 access to your physician. However, clinical services such as lab tests, hospitalizations, and specialist visits will still be billed separately through your insurance provider, as they were under traditional primary care.

 

Patients are still responsible for their copays.
For separately billed services we will ONLY accept Medicare and PPO plans.
We do not accept HMO. For details on specific plans please give us a call. 

How much does it cost?

 

Membership is $250 per month.

Spouses, partners, and immediate family members may be eligible for a 15% family discount, with a maximum of four members per household. Patients who choose to pay annually receive an additional 5% discount. Our team is happy to walk through payment options and help you decide what works best for your situation.

How do I sign up?

 

Signing up is simple! Just contact our office by phone at 760-416-6773, or the enrollment form below to discuss the program and select the payment option that best suits your needs. Our team will guide you through the enrollment process and answer any questions you have about the membership.

Most patients schedule a quick 10-minute call to see if this is a fit.

MyMD-360 is a hybrid concierge practice. There is a $250/month membership fee (discounts available for couples and annual pay). We also bill insurance for office and telehealth visits. The membership fee is separate from insurance.
